TRIBUTE TO OUR FOUNDER

A Tribute to Our Beloved Founder, Fr. Biswaroop Badal Ghosh

Fr. Biswarup Badal Ghosh (1969–2021) was a visionary leader, priest, and educator who founded St. Xavier’s School, Bethuadahari. Ordained in 1999, he dedicated his life to faith, education, and community service. As the founder and first principal, he established the school with the goal of nurturing not only academic excellence but also strong values, character, and empathy in students. On 3rd December 2016, he laid the foundation for St. Xavier’s English Medium School, which he led with unwavering commitment until his untimely passing due to Covid-19 in 2021. His vision of holistic education and compassionate leadership continues to inspire the school community, and his legacy remains a beacon of faith, service, and integrity.
