Admission
- The academic year runs from April to March. Admissions for Class Babyland, LKG, and UKG are accepted.
- Admissions to other classes will only be considered if there are vacancies.
- A child must have completed three, four, or five years of age by 31st March of the year of admission, respectively.
Procedure
The admission procedure for various classes follows specific guidelines:
- Babyland: The age requirement for admission is 2.5+ years as of 31st March.
- Lower Kindergarten (LKG): The age requirement for admission is 4+ years as of 31st March .
- Upper Kindergarten (UKG): The age requirement for admission is 5+ years as of 31st March.
The admission process commences in September and involves an interview with both the child and parents. Registration forms and prospectuses are available online, and a fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) is required for obtaining them.
For classes I to IX, admission is subject to seat availability. Applicants will be examined based on the syllabus of the class immediately below the one they seek admission to, ensuring they possess the required academic foundation.
Required Documents: Along with the registration form, the following documents must be submitted:
- Birth certificate issued by the Municipality/Block Office (for classes Babyland – IX).
- School leaving certificate and character certificate from the previous school.
- Progress report from the previous school.
- Medical fitness certificate, including blood group information.
- Three recent passport-size and stamp-size photographs of the student.
- Family photograph.
- Duly filled-in registration form signed by the parents/guardians.
These documents help verify the student’s identity, previous academic records, and overall fitness for admission.
