Course of the Study
- Examination Board: St. Xavier’s School prepares students for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. Subjects offered include:
- English, Bengali, Hindi, History-Civics, Geography, Mathematics, Science, Moral science, Social Studies, Computer Application, Physical Education, Art/Craft, Singing, SUPW (Socially Useful Productive Work).
2. Language Policy: Bengali and Hindi are mandatory vernacular subjects as per the language scheme of secondary education.
3. English Proficiency: St. Xavier’s English Medium School emphasizes effective communication in English, both written and spoken. All students are required to converse in English while on school premises.
