Fees Collections
- The school fees cover twelve months and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as they are officially on the rolls. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- The school reserves the right to increase fees at any time during the year if deemed necessary. An annual increment of 12% to 15% in tuition fees is normal.
- If fees are paid monthly, they must be submitted on or before the 10th of each month. A late fee of Rs. 50 will be charged if payment is made after the 10th, up to the end of that month. Afterward, a cumulative late fee of Rs. 100 per month will apply. If the 10th falls on a holiday, fees must be paid on the previous working day. Fee defaulters may not be allowed to attend classes if fees are not cleared within the same month.
- Pupils whose fees are overdue for three months will have their names removed from the school registers without any warning. In such cases, re-admission is possible only upon payment of all dues along with the admission fee.
- All fees must be cleared before the commencement of each assessment. Students who have not settled their dues will not be allowed to appear for examinations, and admit cards will not be issued without fee clearance.
6. There will be no cash transactions at the school office counter. Online transactions have been introduced and will be the standard method of payment. No fee book will be provided; instead, an online receipt or bank statement will be accepted.

8. Please preserve the system-generated payment receipt or the message received from the bank in your SMS box, as well as a printed copy of the receipt, throughout the year. For any clarifications, parents should keep these documents as evidence.
Terms & Conditions
- Students are advised to pay school fee online. Students may use a valid bank account to make the payment.
- Online payment of school fee can be made through the following modes of payment:—

- Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro)
- Credit Card. (VISA, Master, Maestro)
- UPI Payments
For making online payment of school fee, login at the Application portal and follow the instructions thereafter. After successful completion of the payment, the system will generate a receipt of the payment made. This receipt needs to be produced as and when required by the school. St. Xavier’s School, Bethuadahari, does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students will have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.
Refund Policy
Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim to the Principal, St. Xavier’s School Bethuadahari.
