  • The school diary serves as an official record of a student’s academic performance and conduct. It must be signed by the Principal, Assistant Principal, or their delegates and should be maintained with care.
  • Every student must have a school diary, which should be brought to school every day. Students without their diary may be sent home. Losing the diary incurs a fine of Rs. 150 for a replacement.
  • Remarks in the diary can only be altered by the Principal or Assistant Principal.
  • Every student must possess a school-issued identity card, which must be renewed periodically.
  • Students are responsible for the safe keeping of their books and belongings, and each item should be labeled with their name.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the school campus during school hours without a written request from their parents and authorization from the Principal or Assistant Principal.
  • Students must address teachers and staff with respect and politeness. They should behave courteously on their way to and from school, embodying self-restraint and integrity.
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco, and any form of drug abuse are strictly forbidden. Irregular attendance, disobedience, stealing, and misconduct may lead to dismissal.
  • Any damage to school property must be rectified at the expense of the individual responsible.
  • Objectionable materials (books, comics, etc.) are not allowed in school. All printed materials, except those on the school booklist, must be approved by the Principal or Assistant Principal.
  • Students are expected to contribute to school shows and charitable causes as authorized by the Principal. No fundraising is permitted without explicit permission.
  • All students must participate in singing, drills, games, and other co-curricular activities organized by the school.
  • English is the only language permitted on school premises, even on holidays. Violators may face disciplinary action.
  • The school uniform is a symbol of the school’s ethos and must be respected. Violations, such as wearing the uniform inappropriately or having unapproved hairstyles, will lead to disciplinary measures.
  • Parents/guardians must promptly inform the school of any changes to their contact information.
