Withdrawal & Dismissal
- Transfer Certificates will be issued only upon receipt of a written application signed by both parents, personally submitted to the Principal.
- A month’s notice or a month’s fee in lieu of notice is required before withdrawal. Students taking a Transfer Certificate after June must clear the entire year’s fees.
- No certificates will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
- A Transfer Certificate will be issued upon payment of Rs. 100.
- Students failing two consecutive years in the same class, or twice in three consecutive years, will have their names struck from the rolls, and a Transfer Certificate will be issued.
- Irregular attendance, insubordination, disrespect towards any teacher or religious community, serious misconduct, or behavior detrimental to the school’s reputation may lead to dismissal.
- Generally, students who are dismissed are not re-admitted. A student who has taken a Transfer Certificate, except for transfer of residence, will not be re-admitted.
- The principal’s decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
